What is TIPS on Office Management?

It is a time saving immigration practice solution contained in a Staff Operating Manual (SOM). It includes ''scripts'' for answering phone enquiries, ''how tos'' for managing correspondence, opening and closing client files and creating client status reports. It also provides templates for keeping record of client payments, instructions on frequently used computer functions and other routine administrative tasks.

Notifications of any newer versions to the template on SOM will be available on the website.
